Prep the caramel first by adding the cream and coconut sugar to a pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer while stirring frequently.

- Let the mixture simmer for 15 minutes until thickened. Stir in the salt and miso and let cool before using.
- Top with maple syrup and serve! Add the yogurt to a serving bowl and drizzle with the caramel. Use a spoon to mix the yogurt and caramel together slightly.
- Top with granola and chocolate chunks and enjoy!
