5 Grain + Seed Overnight Oats Two Ways

Our new 5 Grain + Seed Instant Oatmeal Packets come in two flavors that are perfect for dressing up or eating plain Jane. We love overnight oats for meal prepping, like these tasty variations by @peanutbutterpluschocolate that play up each delicious flavor. 

Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients

2 packets Purely Elizabeth 5 Grain + Seed Classic Cinnamon Oatmeal
¼ cup brewed coffee, cooled
½ cup almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup dairy-free almond yogurt (vanilla flavored)
Unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions
1. In a bowl, stir together the oatmeal, brewed coffee, almond milk and syrup until combined. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Remove from the refrigerator and 1-2 tablespoons more of almond milk if preferred.
3. Layer a jar with yogurt, overnight oats and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder and serve!


Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats
Ingredients
2 packets Purely Elizabeth 5 Grain + Seed Banana Nut Oatmeal
¾ cup almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
¼ cup dairy-free almond yogurt (vanilla flavored)
¼ cup Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola, crushed
½ banana, sliced

Directions
1. In a bowl, stir together the oatmeal, almond milk and syrup until combined. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Remove from the refrigerator and 1-2 tablespoons more of almond milk if preferred.
3. Layer a jar with crushed granola, yogurt, banana slices and overnight oats. Top with banana slices and serve!
