    Organic Certified Gluten-Free Oats, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Chia Seeds, Chicory Root Powder, Cinnamon, Sea Salt, Organic Quinoa Flakes, Organic Puffed Amaranth.

    Made in a facility that also processes soy, milk, egg, coconut and tree nuts.

  • Cooking Instructions

    • Microwave (times may vary): Empty one oatmeal sachet into a microwave safe bowl and add up to 1/2 cup milk or water and stir to combine. Microwave on high for 60-75 seconds and stir again.
    • Hot Water: Empty one oatmeal sachet into a bowl and pour 1/2 cup boiling water or milk and stir to combine. Let it steep covered for 2-4 minutes.
    • Overnight Oats: Pour oatmeal sachet into a sealed jar and mix with 1/2 cup of milk. Add your favorite toppings and flavors and then chill overnight.
