Elizabeth's Fall Favorites

Fall is in full swing and these are a few of the things I've become absolutely obsessed with this season. From new scents and skincare to books that have helped me learn how to truly live my life to the fullest, below I dive into the things that have been helping me appreciate this season of slowing down and living with intention.

Elizabeth's Fall Favorites

HENRY ROSE FRAGRANCES

Fall is all about scents and this year, I'm loving the clean label from Henry Rose. Their fragrances are the first fine fragrances that are EWG Verified. You can get a sampler pack to find your personal scent, but they all smell fabulous.

Mara Universal Face Oil

MARA UNIVERSAL FACE OIL

I recently had the founder of Mara Beauty on the podcast, and I've since become obsessed with her Universal Face Oil. Made with a nutrient rich blend of algae, moringa, and baobab to plump the skin and reduce fine lines, it completely nourishes my skin making it the perfect hydration for fall.

ORIGINAL ANCIENT GRAIN GRANOLA

My go-to breakfast these days has been some Cocojune yogurt, mixed in with Ritual protein (since there isn't much protein in non-dairy yogurts), topped with our Original Ancient Grain Granola made with Regenerative Organic Certified coconut oil and coconut sugar, some diced apples and a dash of cinnamon. OMG, yum!

Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life

BOOKS

I'm constantly reading multiple books at the same time. Right now, I'm switching between Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life and Peter Attia's Outlive: The Science and Art of Longevity. I'd highly recommend both reads, which provide practical guidance to living your best life.

SEATOPIA

I just discovered Seatopia, a brand on a mission to regenerate the ocean while supplying clean, sushi grade, sustainable seafood direct to your home. I can't wait to try my variety that came in my box, including salmon, scallops, and branzino.

LIVE TO 100: SECRETS OF THE BLUE ZONES

If you haven't had the chance to watch Dan Buettner's documentary on Netflix, you definitely need to. Each episode he travels to a different region with the highest number of centenarians and uncovers how they live extraordinarily long and vibrant lives. I also had the pleasure of chatting with him on our podcast if you are interested in learning more about the Blue Zones.
