Over packer or Carry On?
I used to be strictly carry-on, but lately, I've embraced being an over packer—having more options makes travel feel more comfortable and relaxed.
What are a few of your beauty + wellness travel essentials?
I never compromise on my routine, even while traveling. My beauty and wellness kit includes my favorite nourishing skincare staples like moisturizer, retinol and facial serum, plus supplements to keep my body balanced—Magnesium, probiotics, Omega-3's, greens powder, colostrum, and about five other targeted supplements recommended by my functional doctor. It might sound like a lot, but it truly keeps me feeling my best on the road.
What's your in-flight skincare routine?
I keep it super simple and focus on hydration. In flight, I'll refresh with nourishing lip balm (Mara Beauty) and hand cream (Aesop).
What is your travel style?
I like to keep it chic yet comfortable so jeans paired with a cozy sweater or tee, layered with a chic jacket or blazer, and easy slip-on flats or boots. That way, I arrive feeling polished and ready for whatever’s next on my agenda.
Obviously we have to ask about snacks, what do you bring with you while you’re traveling? If you don’t have time to bring anything, what healthier options would you recommend people reach for in the airport?
I never travel without Purely Elizabeth granola, Chomps turkey sticks, and some mixed nuts (which are also easy options to find in the airport). Easy, healthy, and satisfying!
What is one of your favorite destinations you have ever been to?
It is so hard to choose, but last year I traveled to Sicily and absolutely fell in love with Taormina. It has the most stunning views, charming streets, incredible food, and just the perfect blend of culture and relaxation.
What is a destination you’ve never been but want to go?
I’d love to visit Japan. The combination of incredible food, unique culture, and stunning scenery makes it high on my travel wishlist. Maybe 2026!
You travel quite a bit for work, how do you maintain balance in being away from home so often?
I always try to maintain consistency, even while traveling, so my #1 priority is sticking to my wellness routine as closely as possible. This means ensuring I get enough sleep (at least 8hrs), aiming to squeeze in some form of morning movement—even if it’s just a quick walk—and getting nourishing food throughout my trip. Keeping these rituals intact helps me feel grounded and energized, no matter where I am.
When traveling, is there anything you do or bring to the destination to make a hotel feel more like home?
I always unpack immediately upon arrival to feel organized and settled, especially since I'm constantly on the road.
What is one thing you never travel without?
I never leave home without my Stanley water bottle. It helps me stay hydrated throughout the day, and it’s perfect for mixing my daily supplement powders. Plus, having my go-to morning routine accessible anywhere makes travel feel seamless and balanced.
