- Take the ice cream out of the freezer 5 minutes before preparing.
- Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap and set aside.
- Place the granola and melted butter into a food processor and blend until small crumbles form.
- Press the blended granola into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Scoop ice cream over the granola layer and then use a rubber spatula to spread out the ice cream in an even layer.
- Top with fresh berries and add another layer of ice cream.
- Cover with plastic and freeze overnight. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
