Dr. Uma Naidoo is a triple threat in the food and medicine space, a Harvard trained psychiatrist, Professional Chef, and trained Nutrition Specialist. She founded and directs the first hospital-based Nutritional Psychiatry Service in the US, and has a wealth of knowledge in holistically integrating food into an overplan for wellness. She joins Elizabeth this week to talk about how to up your game with food, the power of the gut/brain connection, and how food and lifestyle choices can change our mental conditions.
