Oats: While we use our Banana Nut Superfood Oatmeal Multipack with Prebiotic Fiber in this recipe, our Original and Classic Cinnamon Superfood Oatmeal Multipack with Prebiotic Fiber would work well as a swap in case you don't have this flavor on hand. What we love about the Banana Nut Multipack is the convenience of the single-serve packets and the fact that it is filled with super seeds like chia, flax and gluten-free grains like oats, quinoa and amaranth. Lightly sweetened with coconut sugar, you will enjoy a delicious banana flavor in every bite.
Coconut Milk: Any milk of choice will work for this recipe. We like to use a nut milk instead of just water because it adds creaminess to the oats.
Maple Syrup: For a touch of added sweetness.
Peanut Butter: The creamy peanut butter really makes this oatmeal pop. Bananas and peanut butter are an incredible combination.
Chocolate Chips: We used mini chocolate chips to have more in every bite!

Ingredients you will need to make S'mores Overnight Oats:
Oats: Our Dark Chocolate Chunk Superfood Oatmeal Cup or Dark Chocolate Chunk Superfood Oatmeal Multipack works great for a single-serve overnight oats recipe. The Dark chocolate chunks and superfood seeds and grains give this oatmeal a satisfying chew.
Almond Milk: As with all of our oatmeal recipes, feel free to use your preferred milk of choice.
Maple Syrup: For light sweetness.
Greek Yogurt: To add richness and thickness to your overnight oats as well as a tangy flavor to offset the dark chocolate.
Chocolate Chips: For added chocolate flavor. Since there are chocolate chunks in the oatmeal already, feel free to omit if you want light chocolate.
Graham Cracker: This is optional, but adds nice texture when you are ready to eat. The crunch graham cracker and the chocolate oatmeal give it that s'mores feel.
