INGREDIENTS

Organic Gluten-Free Oats, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Flax Seeds, Organic Chia Seeds, Chicory Root Powder, Blueberries (Blueberries, Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Freeze Dried Strawberries, Freeze Dried Raspberries, Sea Salt, Organic Quinoa Flakes, Organic Puffed Amaranth

Cooking Instructions

HOT WATER: Add boiling water to fill line. Stir well. Let steep 4-5 minutes. Caution! Cup and oatmeal may be hot.

MICROWAVE: Add water to fill line (inside cup). Cook for 60-75 seconds  (times may vary). Stir well. Caution! Cup and oatmeal may be hot.

OVERNIGHT OATS: Add cold milk to fill line. Stir well and cover. Let soak for 15+ minutes or overnight in the fridge. 
Adjust water or milk for desired consistency & top with nut butter! Additional space included in cup to prevent product from boiling over.
