"In order to get the extra protein you have to eat 2/3 cup for a total of 300 calories. Your regular grain free granola is 1/3 cup serving at 150 calories. So really there is no difference in the protein content. It just depends on how many calories you want to consume. A 10 gram protein per a 1/3 cup serving at 150 Calories would be appreciated. That being said, the granola has a very good taste. -"
