4 Tips To Host The Perfect Brunch

Did you know that April is National Brunch Month? There's nothing better than gathering all your favorite people, making all your favorite brunch foods, and hosting a fun get-together.  If you've been thinking about hosting a little shindig, this is your sign to do it!

1. PLAN & PREP EARLY

There's nothing worse than feeling stressed about not having the ingredients you need or trying to decide what to make last minute. We suggest asking all your guests about their dietary restrictions, planning out a menu, and prepping any food that can be made and stored ahead of time. That way on the day of, you can enjoy the company of your guests and the delicious brunch foods you've whipped up. Below are some of our favorite brunch foods you can prep:

2. A LITTLE SWEET, A LITTLE SAVORY

Everyones taste buds are different so ensuring there is a variety of flavors that people will enjoy will make you the hostess with the mostest! Some people prefer not to have sweets in the morning, while others crave that! Try to plan for a mix of sweet and savory recipes or a sweet and savory charcuterie board of little tasters, that way there is something everyone can enjoy!

3. SELF SERVE BARS

This helps take some responsibilities off your plate. Self-serve bars are easy to set up and allow your guests to get creative and customize their brunch exactly the way they'd like. We'd call that a win-win! Some self-serve station ideas are:

- Coffee bar: coffee, cream, sugar
Parfait or toast bar: Yogurt or toast as the base. Include toppings such as granola (we have many dietary and flavor options to choose from), fresh fruit, nut butter, honey, and more.

4. SIMPLE & FRESH DECOR

Simple goes a long way when it comes to decor. You don't need to overspend or overwork yourself on decor. We suggest some fresh flowers and using beautiful serve ware to add some pops of color, patterns, and textures to your brunch spread.
