Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Bites

INGREDIENTS

8 oz goat cheese, room temperature
2 tsp honey or maple syrup
½ cup Purely Elizabeth Cranberry Pecan Granola, crushed
2 sprigs rosemary, chopped

DIRECTIONS

1. Place the goat cheese and honey into a bowl and combine.
2. Add the crushed granola and rosemary to a shallow bowl.
3. Use a 1.5” cookie scooper to make 8 evenly sized balls.
4. Roll them in the crushed granola until completely covered and serve.
