Matcha Yogurt Bark
Gluten-Free // Makes 1 Yogurt Bark Sheet
An energizing snack treat, this Matcha Berry Yogurt Bark is the perfect thing to munch on when you need a little extra pep in your step.
Prep time: 3 hours

2 cups yogurt of choice
2 tsp matcha (add more if you want a stronger taste)
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
Fresh berries of choice
Handful of Purely Elizabeth Berry Crisp Granola with Vitamin D
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, matcha, and maple syrup.
2. Transfer yogurt to a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Add berries and granola and other toppings you'd like.
3. Place the tray in the freezer for 3 hours or overnight(if you have time!)
4. Take out of the freezer. Cut into slices at your desire size and enjoy!
