Ingredients

Oatmeal

2 packets Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Flax Superfood Oatmeal Multipacks with Prebiotic Fiber

½ cup water

½ cup nut milk, or milk of choice

1 tsp orange zest

⅛ tsp ground cardamom

Optional Toppings

Walnuts

Fresh Blueberries

Toasted Coconut

Directions

  1. Place oatmeal in a saucepan, orange zest, and ground cardamom. Pour in water and nut milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally while oats cook to desired consistency, adding more water or nut milk to achieve desired consistency.
  2. Remove from heat, pour into bowls and top with walnuts, fresh blueberries and coconut.
