- Heat a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup and salt to the pan. Whisk frequently until sauce comes together and begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool.
- Once cooled, pour caramel dip into a bowl, top with Purely Elizabeth Maple Almond Butter Ancient Grain Granola.
- Enjoy with sliced apples!
