Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Before draining, reserve ¾ cup of the pasta water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat.

In a blender or food processor, combine the sautéed spinach, avocados, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, pepper, pasta water, and garlic. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Return the sauce to the skillet over medium heat. Stir until warmed through, adding more pasta water if needed to thin the consistency.

Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated. Serve topped with fresh basil and a sprinkle of pine nuts. Enjoy!
