This Purely Elizabeth spin on the Sofia Richie's Erewhon "Sweet Cherry Smoothie" is the perfect blend of tart and creamy and a delicious way to get extra protein into your routine.

Ingredients

¼ cup cherry juice

½ cup almond milk

¼ cup vanilla based coconut yogurt, separated

¾ cup frozen cherries

½ cup frozen bananas

1 scoop Vanilla Pea Protein

Freeze dried cherries, crushed into a powder

Purely Elizabeth Original Granola for topping

Directions: 

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender (reserving half of the yogurt). Blend until smooth.

  2. Use a spoon to smear the remaining yogurt on the inside of a serving glass, sprinkle with freeze dried cherries, and then pour the smoothie into the glass.
  3. Top with Purely Elizabeth Original Granola and enjoy!
