3 whole carrots, peeled and chopped

1 gala apple, peeled and chopped

1 ripe banana

1 scoop collagen

1 ½ cups coconut milk, unsweetened

2 tbsp maple syrup

½ tbsp fresh ginger, grated

½ tsp cinnamon

Dash nutmeg

Directions
