- Prepare chia pudding by adding all the ingredients to a bowl and stirring until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Make the overnight oats by adding the mango and almond milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Combine the mango milk, oats, maple syrup and salt in a bowl. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, layer the chia pudding, mango oats and toppings in a serving glass.
