- In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, water, coconut sugar and sea salt. Bring to a simmer. Reserve 1/4 cup of the coconut milk sauce.
- Add oats and cook for 2-3 minutes until creamy and thick.
- Transfer oats to a large, shallow bowl and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
- Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator, drizzle the reserved coconut milk sauce over the oats, top with sliced mango, sesame seeds and sesame oil. Enjoy!
