Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a high top 6-inch round pan with parchment paper. In a blender, blend the milk, blueberries, protein powder, and yogurt until smooth.
- Transfer to a glass container and add the chia seeds. Stir until combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Stir and serve with Purely Elizabeth Granola, and fresh fruit of your choice.
