- Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a standard donut pan with non-stick spray.
- Combine the gluten free flour, blended Superfood Oatmeal, spices, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vinegar, egg, maple syrup and pumpkin puree until smooth. Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir until no dry spots remain.
- Transfer the batter to a piping bag and fill each donut mold cavity. Bake the donuts for 18-22 minutes and cooked through. Let cool.
- Whisk together the powdered sugar, maple syrup and 1 tablespoon of almond milk. Add more milk until you reach a glaze consistency.
- Dip each donut in the glaze and then let the glaze set for 15 minutes before serving.
