Ingredients

1 cup raspberry puree

2 cups almond milk

2 Tbsp agave

1/2 cup chia seeds

Splash of vanilla

2 peaches, peeled and roasted

Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola

Directions

  1. In a bowl, whisk all ingredients together and let sit for 5 min. Whisk again and portion into cups.
  2. Let sit in your refrigerator overnight.
  3. Roast fresh peeled peaches until soft and tender, chop them up and top the chia seed pudding with the peach compote.
  4. When ready to serve, start with a layer of chia seed pudding followed by the peach compote and another layer of chia seed pudding. Finish by topping it with Purely Elizabeth Original Ancient Grain Granola.
