- Place coconut milk can in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator, By this time the coconut solid should be separated from the coconut water.
- Take the coconut solids and place in a mixing bowl. Do not add the coconut water to the bowl.
- Using a mixer, mix the coconut until whipped.
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into mason jar and top with nut butter and coconut whip cream, and our Grain-Free Cinnamon PB Granola + MCT.
