We tried the Viral Scrambled Oats recipe and we can tell you it's absolutely worth the hype! Not only does it taste good, but it's really easy to make and only requires a few ingredients, including our Original Superfood Oats. It's the perfect fiber-packed breakfast!


1 banana, smashed

1 egg

½ cup Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oats

1 tbsp yogurt

1 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Greek yogurt, for serving

Fresh fruit


  1. In a medium bowl whisk together the banana and egg. Add the oats, yogurt, maple syrup, cinnamon and salt. Mix until well combined.
  2. Set a pan over medium heat. Evenly spread oat mixture across the surface of the pan. Leave, undisturbed for 4-5 minutes until the bottom is crispy and can be easily flipped. Once flipped, cook for 1 minute longer before breaking up the pieces.
  3. Turn off heat and add to a yogurt bowl and top with fresh fruit.
