- Heat a cast iron skillet (or something that is not non-stick) to medium heat. Once warm add coconut sugar.
- Peel and slice banana in half, lengthwise. Place bananas on skillet and cook until both sides are golden brown and caramelized.
- Once bananas are close to done, prep oatmeal per oatmeal cup instructions.
- Once oatmeal is cooked, top with bananas, nut butter, pecans and maple syrup.
