"This is a great source of fiber and has 10g of protein per serving. I tried this with vanilla yogurt and that paired amazingly! Even after sitting in the yogurt it still had a great crunch! I was worried about the aftertaste. Y’all no protein aftertaste at all! I can’t wait to taste the other flavors! Endless possibilities!"

It’s made with organic oats and has nuts and seed on it and it’s excellent source of fiber. It’s very good.
