INGREDIENTS
1 Purely Elizabeth Banana Nut Superfood Oatmeal Packet
½ cup coconut milk, boiling
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 ½ tbsp peanut butter, separated
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
½ banana, chopped
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl, stir together the oats and boiling milk until combined. Stir in the maple syrup and ½ tbsp of peanut butter.
2. Top with remaining peanut butter, chocolate chips, and banana slices.
