Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare two donut hole pans with non-stick spray.

In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine until no spots remain.
- Use a cookie scooper to fill each donut hole mold.

Bake the donuts for 16-18 minutes.

While the donut holes cool for 5 minutes, stir together the coating, and then roll each donut hole until covered in cinnamon sugar. Enjoy!
