1 cup gluten free flour, 1:1

¾ cup Purely Elizabeth Original Superfood Oatmeal

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp nutmeg

½ tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ cup maple syrup

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.  In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
  3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and combine until no spots remain.
  4. Use a cookie scooper to fill each donut hole mold.
  5. Bake the donuts for 16-18 minutes.
