Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a 12oz ramekin with non-stick spray. Add the oatmeal, milk, maple, baking powder, vanilla and sea salt to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Remove ¼ cup of the batter and place it into a bowl and combine with the swirl ingredients: coconut sugar and cinnamon. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag.
- Pour half of the original batter into the ramekin and use half of the swirl mixture in the piping bag for the center filling. Top with original batter and finish with a final swirl.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through. Let cool for five minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt the coconut butter and maple together. Drizzle over the baked oats and serve. For a standard sized 6oz ramekin, halve the recipe and bake for 18-20 minutes.
