Preheat the oven to 400 F. On a dusted surface, roll out the puff pastry so it’s the size of the baking tray. Lay the puff pastry out on the tray.
- In a bowl, stir together the goat cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and one teaspoon of olive oil until smooth and combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the tart, leaving about 1" of room around the edges.

Cut the asparagus so that it’s the size of the tart, and then arrange them over the goat cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Top with microgreens, cut into squares, and serve.
