Hawaiian Pineapple Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

2 packets Purely Maple Cinnamon Roll Protein Oatmeal

¾ cup almond milk

¼ cup shredded carrots

2 tbsp maple syrup

½ cup dairy free coconut yogurt

¼ cup chopped pineapple pieces

Crushed walnuts for topping

Directions: 

  1. In a bowl, stir together the oatmeal, milk, carrots and syrup until combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour.

  2. In a serving glass, layer overnight oats, yogurt, pineapple and top with crushed walnuts.
