- Cut open passion fruit and scoop out the seeds, juice and pulp. Pour a little into each popsicle mold.
- Mix together heavy cream, coconut milk, cream of coconut and a pinch of salt. Whisk until combined.
- Distribute liquid evenly between molds.
- Sprinkle Purely Elizabeth Granola on top, add lid, and insert popsicle sticks. Place in freezer for ~5-6 hours. Enjoy!
