Sautéed Apple Parfait with Honey Almond Probiotic Granola

All of fall's warm, cozy flavors are wrapped up inside this easy parfait!


For the apples

1 gala apple, cut into quarters

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp coconut sugar

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1/4 tsp ginger

1/8 tsp cardamom

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp water

For the jar

1/2 cup greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

1/2 cup Purely Elizabeth Honey Almond Probiotic Granola

1 tbsp creamy peanut butter


  1. In a small bowl combine the apples, cinnamon, coconut sugar, spices and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
  2. Heat a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the apple mixture and water and cook for 7-10 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken and apples soften. Remove from heat.
  3. Begin making your layers by spooning 1/3 of the apple mixture on the bottom of the mason jar. Top with a sprinkle of granola, followed by yogurt. Repeat the process a second time. Top the second yogurt layer with more apple mixture, granola and a spoonful of creamy peanut butter. Enjoy!
