- In a small bowl combine the apples, cinnamon, coconut sugar, spices and coconut oil. Mix until well combined.
- Heat a small saucepan over medium-low heat and add the apple mixture and water and cook for 7-10 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken and apples soften. Remove from heat.
- Begin making your layers by spooning 1/3 of the apple mixture on the bottom of the mason jar. Top with a sprinkle of granola, followed by yogurt. Repeat the process a second time. Top the second yogurt layer with more apple mixture, granola and a spoonful of creamy peanut butter. Enjoy!
