Caramel Apple Dip

Gluten-Free, Vegan // Makes 8 Servings

We're all about a slow transition from summer to fall and this recipe is the perfect send-off to summer and a warm hello to fall. This creamy Caramel Apple Dip features sweet maple syrup, almond butter, and zesty Granny Smith Apples. Make this delicious treat anytime you're craving something sweet, but tangy (and still healthy!)

Caramel Apple Dip

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup creamy almond butter
¼ cup coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
pinch sea salt
2 medium Granny Smith apples, sliced
1 serving of Purely Elizabeth Maple Almond Butter Ancient Grain Granola

DIRECTIONS

1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, maple syrup and salt to the pan. Whisk frequently until sauce comes together and begins to thicken. Remove from heat and cool.
2. Once cooled, pour caramel dip into a bowl, top with Purely Elizabeth Maple Almond Butter Ancient Grain Granola.
3. Enjoy with sliced apples!
