Chunky Monkey Overnight Oats

Ingredients

2 packets Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Protein Oatmeal

¾ cup almond milk

2 tbsp maple syrup

½ banana

½ cup coconut yogurt

4 tbsp peanut butter

2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Crushed peanuts for topping

Directions: 

  1. In a bowl, stir together the oatmeal, milk, and maple syrup, Mash up the banana (reserving 2-3 slices) and stir into the oats. Cover and chill for 1 hour. 

  2. Melt the chocolate and 1 tbsp of peanut butter together. 
  3. In a serving glass, layer the oats, yogurt, and remaining peanut butter and melted chocolate. Top with remaining banana slices and crushed peanuts.
