Churros aren't just for dessert. Try this warm churro oatmeal with cinnamon-spiced oats and a cinnamon-sugar sprinkle on top. Perfect for those cooler fall mornings. 

Ingredients

1 Classic Cinnamon 5 Grain + Seed Oatmeal Packet

½ cup boiling almond milk

½ tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, dark

1 tbsp coconut sugar

¼ tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. In a bowl, stir together the oatmeal, almond milk and vanilla extract until combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips just until slightly melted and starting to streak through the oats.
  3. Top the oats with sprinkled coconut sugar and cinnamon and then serve immediately.
