Prepare a skillet or pancake griddle with ghee and turn on medium heat.
- In a bowl, stir together the flour, protein, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted ghee and maple syrup.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and stir to combine. Let the batter rest for five minutes.

Cook pancakes ¼ cup at a time. Makes 6 pancakes. Serve with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
