It's incredibly easy to make, perfect for meal prepping, and is a simple way to get more protein. I love to top this with Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Hemp Granola and fresh blueberries.

Ingredients

1 Β½ cups almond milk

Β½ cup frozen blueberries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I recommend Mind Body Green or Be Well By Kelly)

β…“ cup Greek yogurt

β…“ cup chia seeds

Toppings:

Purely Elizabeth Blueberry Hemp Granola

Fresh blueberries

Kiwi slices

Directions:Β 

  1. In a blender, blend the milk, blueberries, protein powder, and yogurt until smooth.Β 

  2. Transfer to a glass container and add the chia seeds. Stir until combined. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Stir and serve with Purely Elizabeth Granola, and fresh fruit of your choice.
